Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

Welcome to Måtta MedSpa and Wellness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mattamedspa.com (the “Website”), including any content, features, appointment-request tools, forms, communications, or other services made available through the Website.

The Website is operated by Måtta MedSpa and Wellness (“Måtta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Information Is Not Medical Advice

Content provided on this Website is for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Website is intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Reading information on the Website, submitting a form, requesting an appointment, communicating with Måtta electronically, or otherwise using the Website does not by itself establish a physician-patient or other healthcare provider-patient relationship.

A provider-patient relationship is established only when the requirements applicable to the particular medical service have been completed.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information you have read on this Website.

2. Medical Emergencies

The Website is not intended for medical emergencies.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care at the nearest emergency department.

Do not use website forms, email, text messaging, social media, or other electronic communications to communicate urgent or emergency medical concerns.

3. Medical and Wellness Services

Måtta may provide aesthetic, wellness, and medical services including, but not limited to, injectable treatments, skin treatments, weight-management services, hormone-related services, intravenous therapies, wellness treatments, and other services offered from time to time.

Not every treatment is appropriate for every individual.

All medical services are subject to appropriate clinical evaluation, medical history, examination or consultation when required, informed consent, applicable prescribing requirements, and the independent professional judgment of the treating healthcare provider.

Måtta does not guarantee that any particular medication, procedure, product, treatment, or service will be recommended or provided simply because it appears on the Website or because an appointment has been requested.

Healthcare providers may decline, modify, delay, or discontinue a treatment when they determine that doing so is medically appropriate.

4. Treatment Results

Individual results vary.

Photographs, testimonials, descriptions, before-and-after images, treatment examples, expected timelines, or other information displayed on the Website are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Medical and aesthetic treatments may involve risks, side effects, complications, discomfort, downtime, or lack of desired results. Treatment-specific risks, benefits, alternatives, and instructions will be discussed as appropriate before treatment and may be documented in separate informed-consent materials.

5. Prescription Medications

Certain services may involve prescription medications.

The availability of a medication or treatment on the Website does not mean that it is appropriate for you or that it will be prescribed.

All prescribing decisions are made by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional based on clinical judgment and applicable law.

Måtta does not guarantee eligibility for any prescription medication.

Information regarding medications on the Website is not intended to replace information provided by your healthcare professional, pharmacist, prescribing information, or medication guide.

6. Appointment Requests and Scheduling

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment or confirm that a particular service will be provided.

An appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Måtta or our authorized scheduling platform.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information.

Måtta may reschedule or cancel appointments when reasonably necessary, including because of provider availability, safety concerns, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances.

7. Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows

Appointments may be subject to Måtta’s cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, deposit, and no-show policies in effect at the time of booking.

Any applicable policy and fee will be disclosed through our booking process, appointment confirmation, consent documents, membership agreement, or other communication.

Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment, modification of the scheduled treatment, rescheduling, or cancellation when there is not sufficient time to safely provide the service.

8. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change unless otherwise stated.

The price displayed online may not reflect the total cost of your individualized treatment plan. Final pricing may depend on the treatment selected, quantity of product used, clinical recommendations, laboratory testing, medication costs, follow-up care, or other factors.

You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to applicable pricing before receiving services.

Måtta may require deposits, prepayment, or a valid payment method to reserve certain appointments or participate in certain programs.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written policy, amounts paid for services already performed are nonrefundable.

9. Packages, Memberships, Promotions, and Gift Cards

Måtta may offer packages, memberships, promotional pricing, credits, rewards, gift cards, or similar programs.

Such offerings may be governed by additional terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment. If additional written terms conflict with these Website Terms regarding a particular package, membership, or promotion, the more specific terms will control for that offering.

Promotional offers may:

  • be available for a limited time;

  • apply only to specified services;

  • not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated;

  • be subject to eligibility requirements; and

  • be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.

Medical eligibility for treatment is never guaranteed by the purchase of a package, membership, promotion, or gift card.

If a purchased medical service is determined to be clinically inappropriate, Måtta will address the unused amount in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and law.

10. Insurance

Unless Måtta expressly states otherwise, services offered by Måtta are generally provided on a self-pay basis.

We do not represent that any service will be reimbursed by a health insurer, health plan, flexible spending account, health savings account, or other third party.

You are responsible for determining whether a service or purchase is eligible for reimbursement.

11. Communications

By providing your telephone number or email address, you authorize Måtta and service providers acting on our behalf to contact you regarding matters such as:

  • appointment confirmations and reminders;

  • scheduling and rescheduling;

  • treatment follow-up;

  • account or payment matters;

  • requested information; and

  • other communications related to services you receive or request.

Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and any consent you provide.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of receiving medical treatment.

You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP and may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions contained in the message.

Message and data rates may apply.

Electronic communications are not guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send urgent medical concerns or information you do not wish to communicate electronically through general website contact forms, email, or social media.

12. Privacy and Health Information

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Certain health information created or maintained in connection with medical treatment may also be subject to additional federal or state privacy requirements and Måtta’s applicable Notice of Privacy Practices.

The Website Privacy Policy and any applicable Notice of Privacy Practices serve different purposes. Nothing in these Terms replaces rights or obligations that apply to protected medical information under applicable law.

13. Telehealth

Måtta may offer certain consultations or services through telehealth when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.

Telehealth services may be subject to separate consent requirements, identity verification, geographic limitations, provider licensure requirements, and clinical eligibility criteria.

The availability of a virtual appointment does not guarantee that care can be provided remotely. A provider may require an in-person examination, laboratory testing, diagnostic information, or other evaluation before recommending or prescribing treatment.

14. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website to enter into purchases, agreements, or appointments on your own behalf unless otherwise permitted by law.

Services for individuals under 18, if offered, require appropriate parental or legal guardian involvement and any consent required by law and Måtta policy.

15. Accurate Information

You agree that information you provide to Måtta will be accurate, current, and complete.

For medical services, it is particularly important that you disclose complete and accurate information regarding your health history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status when relevant, prior treatments, medical conditions, and other information requested by your healthcare provider.

Failure to provide complete information may affect the safety or appropriateness of treatment.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its contents, including the Måtta name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, text, design elements, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Måtta and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use Website content for your personal, noncommercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the Website;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems;

  • introduce malware, viruses, automated scripts, or other harmful technology;

  • scrape or systematically collect Website content without permission;

  • impersonate another person;

  • submit false or misleading information; or

  • use the Website in a manner that infringes the rights of Måtta or another person.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links to or integrate with third-party services such as scheduling systems, payment processors, social-media platforms, laboratories, pharmacies, financing providers, or other vendors.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Måtta is not responsible for the content, security, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

A link to a third party does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

19. Website Availability and Accuracy

We strive to provide useful and accurate information but do not guarantee that Website content will always be complete, current, error-free, or continuously available.

Services, products, providers, prices, promotions, photographs, hours, and other Website information may change without notice.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any portion of the Website at any time.

20. Disclaimer of Website Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Måtta disclaims warranties relating to the operation of the Website to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Nothing in this section is intended to disclaim duties or standards of care that cannot lawfully be disclaimed in connection with professional medical services.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Måtta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from your access to, inability to access, or general use of the Website.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to alter any rights, obligations, or standards applicable to professional healthcare services under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Måtta and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

This section does not require you to indemnify any person for that person’s own negligence, professional malpractice, unlawful conduct, or other liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Subject to any different requirement imposed by applicable law or a separate enforceable agreement, legal proceedings relating solely to use of the Website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date.

Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

26. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

27. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Måtta regarding general use of the Website.

Separate clinical consent forms, financial agreements, membership agreements, treatment plans, prescription agreements, privacy notices, or other documents may apply to medical treatment or other services you receive from Måtta.
